You are a traveller
For a question about a particular home, write to the owner from its page instead: they will answer better than we can. Write to us if something in a listing looks wrong, or if you cannot reach an owner.
You are an owner
Publishing is all done from your own area once you have signed up. Write to us if you are unsure about a point of regulation, if you have more than ten homes, or if the review of your listing seems unfair.
Reporting content
Give the page address, the nature of the problem and what it rests on. Reports are examined promptly and the decision is explained to whoever made them.

We are glad to talk about the model, about refusing commission, and about what we refuse to do. We neither buy nor sell articles.
