    An email address is enough. You choose your plan when you publish, not before.

    The title, the description, the amenities, the setting, the rules. Write as you would talk about it to friends: that is what travellers remember.

    We read it

    We read your address before publishing it. If something is missing or unclear, we tell you with the reason in writing, and you correct it.

    Your travellers write to you

    Enquiries land in your inbox and in your owner area. You answer yourself, as you see fit.

A word about photographs

They decide, before the price even. A few principles that change everything:

  • — Shoot in natural light, in the morning or late afternoon. Never with flash.
  • — Tidy up and clear the worktops, tables and window ledges.
  • — Open the shutters and curtains, switch on the side lamps.
  • — Show every room, bathrooms included, and the whole of the outside.
  • — Plan a wide main photograph, taken from outside or from the living room, at least 1800 pixels wide.
  • — Do not retouch to the point where the home becomes unrecognisable: disappointment on arrival costs more than a beautiful photograph.

Prices recorded in September 2026 on the companies’ own sites. They change without telling us: check them before deciding.

The comparison that matters is with Amivac and Abritel, who share our model. The gap with Airbnb is too wide to be believed — we give it because it is true, not because it convinces.
