What owners ask
I don’t have good photographs.
You don’t need a photographer. Five well-lit pictures are enough to publish: we tell you which are missing and why.
I have several houses.
From one address, and up to a hundred at a price worked out online: the Pricing page has the detail. A guest house counts as one address, whatever its number of rooms.
How many requests will I get?
Nobody can honestly promise that. What we do: a page for each place, written for what travellers search for. In your space you follow your views and requests, and you compare them with your destination once it has five addresses.
Who will see my listing?
Travellers looking for a specific place, such as “farmhouse with a pool in Gordes”. They write to you, you read their message and their dates, and you answer, or not.
Who collects the rent?
You do, directly from the traveller, as you agree with them. We handle no payment and take nothing from your stays.
Allow about twenty minutes, in one sitting or several: every step is saved when you continue. We then read your listing, and we always write to you: either that all is well, or what to fix.
The four steps, in detail

Create your account
An email address is enough. You choose your plan when you publish, not before.

Describe your home
The title, the description, the amenities, the setting, the rules. Write as you would talk about it to friends: that is what travellers remember.

It goes live
Your address is live the moment you publish, once the subscription is settled. We read it over afterwards: if something is missing or unclear, we tell you with the reason in writing, and you correct it.

Your travellers write to you
Enquiries land in your inbox and in your owner area. You answer yourself, as you see fit.
A word about photographs
They decide, before the price even. A few principles that change everything:
- Shoot in natural light, in the morning or late afternoon. Never with flash.
- Tidy up and clear the worktops, tables and window ledges.
- Open the shutters and curtains, switch on the side lamps.
- Show every room, bathrooms included, and the whole of the outside.
- Plan a wide main photograph, taken from outside or from the living room, at least 1800 pixels wide.
- Do not retouch to the point where the home becomes unrecognisable: disappointment on arrival costs more than a beautiful photograph.
