Options, never required
An address can be featured for seven days. It is optional, capped at three places per destination, and it never changes what the traveller filters.
Questions about price
Do you take anything from my stays?
No. No percentage, no handling fee, no service fee on the traveller's side: we take nothing from your stays. We have two sources of income — the annual subscription, and the paid placements you buy if you want to, never otherwise.
What if I have more properties than my plan allows?
You move up to the larger plan, and you lose neither your addresses nor your statistics. Write to us before changing: we will tell you exactly what it costs, so nothing on your statement is a surprise.
Do travellers pay anything?
Nothing. They search, browse and write to you free of charge.
Can I publish a bed and breakfast or a gîte?
Yes, as an entire property, a room or a shared property. The mode is chosen when you create the listing.
And if my listing is turned down at the read-through?
We tell you what is missing, with the reason in writing, and you put it right without paying again. Payment comes before the reading: if you give up and none of your addresses is online, we refund you and the subscription stops.
